The Maintenance Superintendent will manage all aspects of equipment/building maintenance reliability. This position is responsible for all maintenance functions and supervising a large technical staff. As well as technical knowledge of maintenance processes, this position will be coordinating functions including safety, training, housekeeping, employee development, discipline, equipment/building corrective and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required
7 or more years of experience with injection molding, maintenance, and knowledge of facility equipment. TPM implementation experience preferred
Must have excellent communication skills and strong supervisory skills
