This position is with a large Long Term Care Retirement Community located in South West Ohio with great survey history and very low turnover. This position will report to the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. This position with supervise 3 ADONs, 2 shift supervisors, 2 MDS and 1 staff coordinator.
The duties will include: Full responsibility for nursing clinical operations in Skilled Rehab Memory Support, Long Term Care Nursing, Assisted Living, Trauma Brain Rehab and Independent Living. Also providing strategic leadership to future clinical needs which includes marketing, managed care contracts, community & physician relations.
The experience REQUIRED is 10 years plus in Healthcare Delivery Systems with experience in Long Term Care and 3 plus years in Nursing Management.
BSN REQUIRED. MBA/MSN PREFERRED. RN OHIO REQUIRED
