Director of Creative Service Marketing
The Director will manage the internal Creative Service team and external partners. Supervises the creation and execution of all visual communications which include packaging, merchandizing, website, sales presentations, and other assignments as necessary to support product launches and overall communication objectives. Formulates design concepts and presentation approaches, artwork, layout design.
Key Responsibilities
*Collaborate at all levels of develop and execute innovative ideas and marketing creativity that will build and differentiate the products.
*Set strategic vision and provide art direction and feedback.
*Develop creative process that ensure timely, consistent delivery of projects.
*Demonstrates design success in the consumer packaging industry and/or in packaging, collateral material, web technology, and structural development.
*Proven success working with typography, logo design, photo direction and color printing processes
Requirements
Project management * Management skills manage 2-4 team members * Knowledge of retail * Outside resource management * Artwork traffic management
BA/BS in design or marketing related field
5+ years experience in consumer packaging goods and Private Label business
5+ years experience in merchandizing development
8+ years experience in all related aspects of design, packaging, production, print.
5+ years experience managing design teams.
Skills
Expert level experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint.
