Supervises a Systems Analyst and Desktop Support Technician who provide end user computing support services, including: portfolio of software and hardware products; evaluation of new products; equipment ordering and installation; start-up training; ongoing user assistance. Works closely with users and vendors to assure the availability and compatibility of services. Requires technical expertise in end user computing activities, in-depth knowledge of hardware, software and user requirements, and supervisory skills to oversee technical personnel in a service-oriented environment.

The candidate will ideally:
Have working knowledge of Fourth Shift ERP or has a good understanding of other ERP solutions
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2005 and Transact SQL programming
Have a good working knowledge of report writing tools
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007
Has good written and verbal English
