Requirements:
20 to 30 years professional experience.
5+ years hands on customer facing experience with a proven track record selling and managing sophisticated clients and products.
Driven to win, ambitious, self-motivated, and highly entrepreneurial.
Polished, gregarious, charismatic and good at relating to different types of people.
Must haves:
v A methodical and consistent career history demonstrating performance, growth, and the ability to stick with something (stability)
v Over achievement.
v Highly ethical, engendering trust and confidence.
v On the upswing of their career.
v Deep roots in the community.
v Have an understanding of investments and capital markets. - Investing for Dummies or better.
v Excels in both business development with a high level of activity and relationship building.
v Articulate and able to explain services and concepts with confidence and in manner appropriate to the audience.
v Assertive but not outwardly aggressive.
v College degree.
Plusses:
MBA, CPA, JD or other professional degree, strong financial background, military experience, competitive sports, community/social involvement.
