Growing health plan seeks a new leader for Quality Improvement. The opportunity to build and lead a department for a health plan like this does not come along very often. Reporting directly to the VP, Medical Affairs, the Director will have three direct reports: Grievance and Appeals, QI Coordinator and Project Manager

The Director will lead all quality initiatives for the SC plan. In addition to managing their staff, you will use your past experience with an NCQA accredited plan to fine tune processes and attain NCQA accreditation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST be an RN
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or other clinical degree
- Masters Degree preferred but not required
- Five plus years of experience in healthcare operations, including 3+ yrs in quality and 3+ yrs in a leadership role.
- Must have direct knowledge of/experience with HEDIS and NCQA accreditation procedure
