Job Location: Minneapolis, MN
Founded as a privately owned tool design and fabrication business we have since evolved into a full service supplier of molded and assembled products for the medical manufacturing and device industry. Our team of experts provides a complete, single source manufacturing package from product development to contract manufacturing. Our capabilities within custom medical manufacturing are Thermoplastic Injection Molding, Machined Metal Components, Liquid silicone Injection Molding, Product Development, Manufacturing Services, and contract Manufacturing. We are currently seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager for our Central Region to work from our Twin Cities facility in Minnesota.
Planning Responsibilities:
Develop targeted sales goals
Forecast future sales activity
Provide detailed reports and analysis to outlining sales activities
Develop and maintain regional sales budget to achieve targeted sales goals
Work with Marketing to develop a regional marketing strategy
Develop and maintain sales contacts and identify new strategic accounts in specific geographical region

Field Sales Responsibilities:
Execute on regional sales strategy that will significantly grow business
Execute a regional sales strategy that connects new sales opportunities which can leverage our unique values and technology (We dont compete on price.)
Dedicate efforts to attain new business through sales presentations at customers locations, sales calls, and other sales activities as necessary to meet targeted regional sales and profit expectations.

Contract Development Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate, effective, and timely proposals, quotations, and customer presentations
Works with Director of Field Sales and Mktg to ensure that appropriate pricing and quoting strategies are used
Close on business opportunities by developing leads into firm customer commitments
Works closely with Director of Field Sales and Mktg, Global Account Managers and Inside Sales Manager to develop an account management strategy to ensure that customer sales commitments will be met



Education/Experience
Bachelors degree in a related technical or business area
5+ years of direct sales and marketing experience within the custom medical manufacturing and device industry
Strong technical background in injection molding and/or precision machining
