We are seeking an experienced Director of Pharmacy. Must have Bachelors or Pharm D. Degree. Must be licensed to practice pharmacy in this state and 5 years recent clinical experience in a hospital setting. Management experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

Responsible for providing quality pharmacy service by planning, organizing, controlling, and coordinating pharmacy activities within the frame work of the existing policies, aims, and objectives of Hospital.

Required Job Qualifications include:
Graduate of a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmacy Education.
BS or Pharm.D degree.
State licensure as a Pharmacist.
Have five (5) years hospital pharmacy experience.
Have two years experience in a supervisory capacity.
Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.

You will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling the operation of the Pharmacy Department; ensures compliance with patient care quality standards directs and controls the purchase and inventory maintenance of all pharmaceuticals and related substances.
