We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for Emergency Services. Must be an RN AZ License, Bachelors Degree in Nursing with a strong preference for higher education through either a Masters in Nursing or in Business. Must possess, at a minimum, three years of stable, consistent management experience, preferably at the Director or Assistant Director Level in Emergency Services or Critical Care. Demonstrated experience in project management and financial oversight are also desired as well as strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Reporting to the CNO, the position of Director of Nursing Emergency Services will join a management team of outstanding health care professionals. You will utilize your skills in leadership, communication, strategic planning, education and oversight of business plans and care delivery processes. Major initiatives include team building, education, and development and implementation of thru put plans for timely, efficient treatment from door to bed placement. Responsible for a department of 80 employees providing care for up to 150 patients per day.
