InterWest Search, has been chosen to assist a 200+ bed for profit facility located near Las Cruces, NM in its search for a Director of Pharmacy Services.
The Director of Pharmacy is the responsible and accountable pharmacist charged with organizing and providing pharmaceutical services to all hospital departments, services, and disciplines. The Director manages the operations of the pharmacies; develops and prepares strategic planning, department goals and objectives, and budgets; develops implements, and monitors operating procedures; and performs personnel management and supervision tasks.
Requirements
BS min; MS, PharmD or MBA preferred
