To promote the Bank and its products to customers and employees. Plan, implement, direct, and administer the marketing and operational efforts of the Bank unit in an efficient and profitable manner to assure that the Bank meets its corporate goals and objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS Four year degree required with emphasis in finance or business preferred or 6 years of business experience. Three to five years of previously successful experience in consumer, mortgage, commercial and ag lending given preference. Experience with consumer collections and credit life and accident and health licenses preferred. Previous Bank management and supervisory experience preferred. Working knowledge of banking services and alternative products, particularly the products and services offered by the Bank.
