Responsibilities include: Responsible for administering the sourcing strategies Commodities, goods and services strategic buys Compliance to company policies and quality measures with strategic procurement and vendors May be tasked to head multiple categories in Food, Beverage and Services
The qualified candidate will have: Three years experience in a procurement role Restaurant industry, QSR or foodservice distribution experience Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) preferred 4-year degree required Ability to work in a team environment across functional responsibilities Very strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a strong business acumen
