Job Description: Proven experience serving as an Operations Manager/Plant Manager in a manufacturing environment High-volume manufacturing operations within the DoD industry and experience working for a Defense Contractor to support government programs and contractual requirements Implementation of Lean manufacturing principals and Six Sigma Tools (as well as a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems) Ability to lead and influence groups to successful implementation of key business objectives Successful track record of leading medium size operations to successful target objectives The Operations Manager will work closely with the Corporate team, as well as specialized subject matter experts (SMEs) to achieve business objectives.
Education: BS degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA a plus)
