Position is responsible for over 500 distributor accounts. Qualified candidate must meet or exceed the sales objectives of assigned accounts by promoting and selling the company products to existing customer base through professional sales techniques via the telephone. Must generate revenue by promoting technical expertise and developing accounts in a manner that provides maximum sales and profit.
Bachelors degree (B.A.) or equivalent from 4 year college, university, or technical school; 4-5 years of internal technical sales or customer service. Previous background in material handling product knowledge is a plus. Requires strong telephone communication skills, technicial aptitude and/or product knowledge; sales skills - including probing, overcoming objections and closing skills;
Highly motivated, self starter who is organized, manages time wisely and works independently with minimal supervision. Strong PC (Excel) and typing skills (Word), and ability to record, track and analyze data and metrics.
