Reporting to the Behavioral Health Center Administrator and Chief Nursing Officer, the Director is a professional nurse who is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating nursing care given by a designated healthcare team. The Director has twenty-four hour responsibility for all nursing related functions in the areas of staff, leadership, decision-making, fiscal guidelines, and department relationship.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
MSN or equivalent, Psychiatric Nursing
One to two years management experience in related field
Current RN license for the State of California
