Position Summary:
Generates analyzes interprets and presents financial and statistical reports. Accountable for prompt and accurate information to requesting to departmental and Health System personnel.
Essential Functions:
Other duties may be assigned. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job. Develops and implements the strategy to collect specific utilization and cost data regarding payors in an accurate and timely manner. Maintains and updates monthly payor yield report. Prepares and analyzes contract modeling and profit and loss reports when requested. Develops specialized and standard HBO reports in response to requests for cost information. Maintains the numerous tables associated with the Clinical and Management Cost systems including those used for statistical breakouts and those associated with payment and reimbursement. Maintains good working relationships with employees and management with regards to gathering and providing information. Works as a team player in an effort to accomplish Via Christi Health System objectives.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Business Administration or related field. Two (2) years related experience required.
