Operations Engineer II
Job Location: Parachute, CO
Job Description:
Provide engineering support for production operations of tight gas sand wells. Technical duties include recommending production enhancement of existing wells (ie., workovers, recompletion, plunger lift installations, compressor installations, line looping, etc.) and completion design of newly drilled wells. Recommend and oversee chemical injection of producing wells for corrosion and scale inhibition. Analyze production decline curves, well histories, and perform nodal analysis for pipeline facilities. Work with engineers in the region office on hydraulic frac design for completion and recompletion of tight gas wells.
3 years engineering experience, preferably in the exploration industry.
