Gas Measurement Specialist Lead
Job Location: Denver, CO
Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the measurement processing services for the Piceance and Powder River Basins. Ensures that measurement information is collected, processed, calculated and retained according to industry standards, governmental regulations and contractual requirements. Actively mentors and trains measurement data specialist staff of 6 to 8 people. Coordinates and responds to the internal and external customer measurement audit requests. Supervise or perform technical data analysis or studies. Actively participates on various teams that deal with current and future measurement issues. Continually improves and maintains processes and computer systems to efficiently meet the measurement business needs.
At least 10 years of measurement data processing experience.
* 2 year Associates Degree is a plus
* Knowledgeable with the latest Industry Documents; (AGA, GPA and API)
* Knowledge of BLM, MMS guidelines as they relate to gas and measurement is a plus.
* Knowledge of gas measurement equipment and process.
* Willingness to continuously learn and keep up with the industry.
