Description:
Economics and Reservoir Analyst required for the Barnett Shale Asset Team. Duties include: working with a multidiscipline team to support the annual plan and year end reserve process (requires interaction with other internal teams, presentations to management, working with external auditors and extensive data management). Monitor and evaluate asset team activity, run economic analysis for all asset team projects and recommendations and assist in technical evaluations of trades and acquisitions/divestments. Track and monitor various internal and industry data parameters for comparison to yearly goals, maintain and supply data for various internal and external management presentations, participate in a variety of meetings among the team, field or partners, work on special projects for economic or technical support. Analyze corporate and business unit accounting and financial data as well as standardized reporting.
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Engineering required. MBA preferred.
• 10 years industry experience required.
• OGRE or Aries proficiency required.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Experience with Access and PowerPoint are required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Position will be filled in at the appropriate level commensurate with background and experience
