Position is responsible for: Acquisitions and Renewals of Existing AgreementsDue Diligence ResearchThird Party Damage SettlementsPreparation and execution of agreementsTrack and Monitor Project CostResearch and Explain Easement and Property Rights
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in related fields such as land management, geography, business or public administration etc.2-4 years minimum experience in related areas of title research, right-of-way or land functions, including direct acquisition and damage settlementsContract preparation experienceSuccessful completion of at least 1 approved IRWA course or other comparable coursesStrong computer skills with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications in a Microsoft Windows environmentGeneral knowledge of Midstream's business strategies Critical competencies required include:NegotiatingPriority SettingPlanningBusiness AcumenApproachabilityDecision QualityIntegrity and Trust
