Business Process Analyst II - Process Focused

Description:
This role is a member of a team responsible for the functional ownership of Williams ERP applications for all Business Units, and assists in assessing, maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness as well as the overall health of the ERP. This role works closely with end-users to define business requirements for both systems and processes, and works daily with Williams IT and IBM to provide direction on work to be done, consult on the best solutions, and act as a liaison between IT and end-users. The successful candidate for this position will also be expected to proactively design process/system efficiency initiatives as well as continuous process and procedure refinements, inclusive of KPI and Scorecard development
Requirements:
Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or Business related degree. 3-5 years process improvement expertise as a driver or participant, with a strong aptitude for project management. The successful candidate will have a strong business and process background, coupled with significant experience with ERP systems, preferably within the Energy industry. Functional knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes and proven ability to successfully communicate with a variety of levels in the organization is needed. Strong aptitude for process methodology and implementation, such as DFSS or DMAIC. Six Sigma experience a plus. Must be a self-motivated independent thinker who contributes and thrives in a team environment
