Description:
We are looking for a talented land representative to lead efforts to protect, acquire, and negotiate land and property rights for pipeline and facilities construction and the operation and maintenance of existing pipeline and facilities at our Laurel Mountain Midstream assets in Pennsylvania. Additionally, you will research public courthouse records to determine land ownership, prepare land contracts, and consult with other LMM departments as needed.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor Degree and 8-10 years of related industry experience in title research, right-of-way or land functions, including direct acquisition and damage settlements preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
Pay commensurate with experience.
