Description:
This position provides overall E&P Appalachia management, to include: single point field-level responsibility and accountability for the management, direction, oversight, coordination, communication, and resources for all aspects of activities related to Drilling and Construction, Production Operations, Facilities Engineering, Production Engineering, Procurement, Permitting (to County, State and federal agencies), and Support Services personnel to meet production and cost goals. In addition, provides indirect field level management, field support and resources for EHS personnel located in Pittsburgh. Position provides direction of and coordination between field personnel in above departments with Tulsa regional EHS, Reservoir Engineering, Geology, Technical Support, Legal, IT, Land, and Management and associated personnel. Position has responsibility and accountability for communications, including contact with media, developing and maintaining relationships with County, State and federal agencies, and with Appalachia regional and corporate Management.

Requirements:
BS Petroleum Engineering preferred or equivalent Engineering degree
Demonstrated experience - at least 10 years experience related to Oil and Gas Drilling, Production, Operations, and Engineering; preferably in the Appalachia region.
Demonstrated experience in Supervision and/or Management of Technical staff, including engineers, geologists, prefer at least 5 years experience.
Demonstrated experience in Project Management of large scale CAPEX projects and associated work force personnel, consultants and contractors; prefer experience directly related to the management of large scale oil and gas exploration and production projects, conventional and non-conventional drilling projects, and major infrastructure construction projects (roads, reservoirs, rights-of-way, pipeline installation, and facilities).
Demonstrated performance to meet expectations for project profitability, including demonstrated cost reduction and control, capability to maximize revenue streams, and implementation of innovative and new technology for exploration, production, operations and maintenance optimization

Williams Corporation will pay relocation costs for this position.
