The UI Designer will work with nearly all aspects of the company to create, develop, and enhance the best possible experience for our users. You will be working with a team of motivated, talented peopled in a fun, informal, and progressive workplace. Best fit candidates will have a BA/BS in Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Web Design or comparable business experience as well as knowledge of HTML & CSS. Also, Javascript, usability testing, and research experience are highly preferred.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Clearly communicate designs, ideas, and concepts to a variety of roles
Gathering, sketch and/or prototype a product to provide a foundation and framework
Clearly and definitively explain design decisions to project stakeholders
Create clean, easily-understood, semantic HTML and CSS for our products
Design flexible, adaptable, forward-thinking, as-future-proof-as-you-can-make-it layouts
Perform usability testing and make useful changes from the results
Keep up with best practices and evolving standards of the industry
