Responsibilities: The Business Development Project Manager oversees engineering, cost estimating and schedule deliverables to the Business Development Group to provide a reliable basis for asset installation of safe and efficient operations of Midstream Canada natural gas and olefinic liquids processing and fractionating facilities and/or assets that increase EVA and optimize the value of the business consistent with Midstream Canada strategy.
- Lead Technical Support for Midstream Canada business development prospects and coordinate key functions with internal and external technical resources under the guidance of Williams' Project Life Cycle (PLC), System Integrity Plan (SIP) and safety requirements to meet all required prospect requirements for design functionality, schedule and cost deliverables in a timely and reliable manner.
- Creative development of optimized facilities & designs utilizing the most recent industry engineering and design techniques and implementation strategies to meet Midstream Canada objectives and create a competitive advantage.
- Present recommendations and solutions supported by sound engineering and operational efficiency and effectiveness that support Midstream reliability targets and reduce risks inherent in new asset development.
- Understand the economic drivers of transactions being developed and incorporate them into optimized facilities designs that maximize EVA over the life of the asset.
- Develop a project organization structure and ensure adequate and competent staffing and technical expertise throughout the prospecting cycle in a timely manner for supporting new business prospects and required deliverables.
- Set up and lead communications and reporting of technical development of prospects in an adequate and continually timely manner for all internal and external stakeholders and any other interested or affected parties as required.
Qualifications: Education & Certification: - Bachelor of Science Degree in Science or Technology. - Professional Engineer - Project Management Certification
Experience: - Ten (10) years experience in project management of engineering, construction and commissioning of natural gas and/or olefinic liquids processing and/or fractionating facilities and related equipment - Three (3) years experience planning large facilities in design, cost estimating and contract strategies.

Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will not pay relocation costs for this position.
