Responsibilities: Williams is seeking an experienced commercial operations representative interested in joining our dynamic midstream business supporting the San Juan Basin within the Four Corners Area. Major job functions include the following;
-Act as liaison between Operations, Gas Management Commercial and producers/customers.
-Act as team leader to coordinate input from Technical Services, Operations, Commercial, Accounting, Financial Analysis and other groups to assist in optimization of gathering and processing
-Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with existing customers, producers, marketers and third-party transporters
-Identify and develop business opportunities around current or potential gathering and processing assets
-Act as liaison with Legal, Commodity Marketing, Contract Operations and Accounting departments to interpret and facilitate implementation of agreements and amendments to optimize gathering and processing
-Participate in the formulation of budgets with ongoing financial responsibility for the performance of assets
-Represent Williams at formal and informal industry meetings and gatherings
-Work in a team environment with current marketing representatives and contract operations representatives
A bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required with an MBA preferred with a minimum of 5 years related industry experience.
The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive knowledge of gas industry marketing practices, economics, operations and have exposure to oil and gas exploration and production.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, be a highly effective team leader and proficient at understanding and providing feedback on complex economic analyses. Must be highly motivated and be able to work with a limited amount of direct supervision.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
This position will be located either in Farmington, NM or Tulsa, OK .

Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will pay relocation costs for this position.
Travel Percentage: Less than 25 %
