Responsibilities:
*Responsible and accountable for completion engineering activities supporting the Willston Asset team including design and coordination, data analysis, optimization of a multi-rig and multi-fleet completion program and other asset enhancement projects.
*Demonstrates experience in petroleum related engineering tasks related to drilling, completions, workovers, frac design and specification, production optimization, and ongoing production and maintenance activities.
*Demonstrates experience in well completions of horizontal wells in oil reservoirs, including fracture stimulation, perforating design, downhole completion tools, logistics, and wellbore remediation.
*Demonstrates ability to coordinate and plan short and long-term work tasks to meet production, LOE, and capital budget goals.
*Communicates with direct supervisor and team members.  Ensures accurate and timely reporting of critical activities.
*Identify and assess workover candidates throughout the year and implement improvements to help achieve production targets.  Work with field production staff to identify candidates on a quarterly basis.
*Work to continuously improve asset operations, including new technologies, bid evaluations, cost-cutting measures, and infrastructure projects.
*Provides engineering assistance to Regulatory, Accounting, Engineering Technicians, and Field Administration.  This includes coordination and creation of permits and new well AFEs.
*Assist with and coordinate regulatory-driven projects, including applications for reduced drilling density and environmental assessment packages.
*Familiarity with project economics and related software a plus.


Qualifications:
*Significant experience with completions and workovers of horizontal oil wells.
*Strong frac design experience required
*15+ years related industry experience
*Ability to switch gears and work on multiple projects
*Experience in Bakken/Three Forks reservoirs preferred.
*Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
*Possibility thinker
*Willingness to explore unconventional solutions to solve production/evaluation issues
*Strong operations experience & ability to interact with drilling disciplines
*Strong completions/stimulation supervision background
*Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle multiple tasks with changing and conflicting responsibilities and accountabilities. 
*Must be self-motivated and an enthusiastic team player capable of completing tasks in a group environment.


Education Level: Bachelor's Level Degree

Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will not pay relocation costs for this position.

Travel Percentage: Less than 25 %

Fair Labor Standards Act: FLSA exempt no overtime pay is due.
