Job Location: Connellsville, PA Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities: The Construction Materials Administrator manages the capital goods inventory and related accounts for a specified area.
Key Job Responsibilities include the following: -Coordinate material ordering with procurement group/vendors. -Process material invoices & maintain inventory control. -Create construction release documentation. -Material release to construction and vendors. -Closely work with First Delivery Coordinators to ensure correct materials are released. -Assign one-calls within the IRTH or Encroachment Alert system. -Create settlement reports at end of construction projects. -Inventory management and reporting. -Periodic inventory accounting. -Cross train with other members within the team. -Filing and managing well connect paperwork.
Qualifications: Education & Experience: -5 years related experience; construction experience an asset -High school Diploma required, associate's degree preferred -Inventory management experience/certification preferred -Inventory management experience: set-up and use electronic system and manual tracking system
Technical Competencies: -Organizing: Handles multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently; Keeps accurate and current records in a logical organizing system that is accessible to all people -Planning: Accurately determines the length and difficulty of tasks and projects; Sets priorities and time parameters to accomplish tasks and projects -Inventory management and reporting: Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel; Maintains controls; reconciles inventory records (electronic and/or paper) -Material Management: manages incoming and outgoing movement and storage of materials; ensures material availability and delivery when needed to meet construction schedules -Knowledge of purchase /material contracts -Strong Computer skills: skilled with Microsoft office suite and some accounting software experience is helpful

Education Level: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will pay relocation costs for this position.
Travel Percentage: Less than 25 %
