Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret legal, land, and estate documents, to cure and approve title for ownership and revenue distribution and joint billing; maintain division of interests in Williams mainframe system; perform all system processes requiring ownership transfers, suspense, or releases; answer royalty or working interest owner questions and provide other assistance necessary; process division orders and transfer orders; process incoming division orders for company revenue; establish and maintain effective communications with internal and outside contacts to ensure accurate and timely revenue distribution; conduct due diligence as required; perform daily work activities with minimal supervision. A Senior Division Order Analyst works directly with attorneys, field brokers and landmen and guides their efforts in whatever manner is needed to secure accurate title and ownership on each well. They work directly with other team members to answer questions and instruct appropriate steps to be taken to satisfy title curative and resolve disputes with the owners. They oversee the processes and take responsibility to protect the assets of the company.
Qualifications: Candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or 7-10 years of equivalent experience; must have comprehensive knowledge of oil and gas leasehold and mineral titles with extensive knowledge of federal units; Oklahoma PPI calculation; regulatory law, gas industry operations and economics, and exposure to oil and gas exploration and production. Individual initiative, excellent analytical skills, strong math aptitude, effective oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Word are required.
