Job Location: Moon Township, PA Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities: This position will manage engineering projects to install Midstream G&P assets that increase EVA and optimize the value of Midstreams domestic business consistent with the Midstream strategy. This position leads project teams in accordance with SIP and Project Life cycle principles.
Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: - Lead and direct project team(s) and coordinate key functions with internal and external technical resources under the guidance of SIP and Project Life Cycle (Concept to Implementation)
- Determine the options for implementation and set-up the project team to move the project through the definitive and implementation phase
- Develop optimum pipeline and facility scoop solutions that maximize the EVA over the life of the project. Present recommendations supported by sound engineering and operational efficiency and effectiveness that support Midstream reliability targets and reduce risks inherent in the project
- Understand the economic drivers of the transaction being developed and incorporate them into pipeline and facility designs
- Be creative in developing pipeline and facility designs utilizing the most recent engineering and design techniques
- Meet requirements and criteria within SIP for new assets.
- Must be able to prepare Project Plans, Basic Schedules, estimates, key risk identifiers, contracts, scopes. After the Plan is approved must be able implement the plan presented and show a consistent ability to meet set deadlines
- Keep abreast of business and industry trends and direction in the technical advances that can be brought to bear in project design and implementation to create a competitive advantage
- Communicate project status (schedule, cost, safety, etc.) to the project team and key stakeholders in a timely manner.
Qualifications: - Engineering Degree with appropriate technical and operations experience
- Broad experience in project management, project development, or gathering and processing operations experience
- Successful experience planning large onshore gathering and processing facilities, estimating facility costs, developing contracting strategies, and managing the design and construction of these assets
- Experience conceptualizing viable technical solutions, developing capital projections and operating cost, and driving implementation of the project through final construction and hand-off to a business unit for operation.

Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will pay relocation costs for this position.
Travel Percentage: Less than 25 %
