Responsibilities: This position will coordinate and conduct field land related activities necessary to identify, acquire, capitalize on and administer prospects and assets of exploration and production in an independent manner; activities also include direct land support to a multidiscipline asset team, negotiation with surface and mineral owners for leases, rights-of-way and surface damages. Locating planned drillsite locations, water retention sites, compressor sites, easements and pipeline right of ways. Ability to negotiate and settle damages with surface owners. Knowledge of Pennsylvania Real Estate Law. Be able to write Surface Agreements to fit particular situations. Qualifications: Requirements include a minimum of five (5) years experience in Appalachian oil and gas field land work. Preference given to RPL or CPL certification with a bachelors degree in Petroleum Land Management. Must be a good negotiator with strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Education Level: Bachelor's Level Degree Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will pay relocation costs for this position. Travel Percentage: Less than 25 % Fair Labor Standards Act: FLSA exempt no overtime pay is due.
