Job Location: Moon Township, PA Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities: Williams has an administrative position available in its Laurel Mountain Midstream office located in Moon Township, PA. This position performs administrative functions in the areas of Contract Administration, Procurement and Payables, Inventory, Cross Area Support, Budgeting and Forecasting, Metrics, Training and Support Activities, and Compliance under periodic supervision for highly complex and non-routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities: -Using customized processes & software to create purchase requisitions, purchase orders and proper coding of expenses -Issuance of purchasing documents and processing of receivables and approvals in electronic system -Assist with preparation of reports, drawings, service agreements, etc. -Monthly or periodic reports, spreadsheets and other reference materials -Practices cost savings in daily operations -Gather and maintain relevant Operations metrics -Archiving of facility records in electronic historian -Routine office/administrative assignments
Qualifications: Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to analyze data, make evaluations, and solve problems. Must be detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities while providing timely customer support. The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, solid work habits, time management skills and a positive attitude are essential. Experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate or Undergraduate Degree preferred
Experience: 3 - 5 years experience providing administrative support
Functional/Technical Competencies: Proficient using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with accounting, project management and other computer software programs preferred

Education Level: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will not pay relocation costs for this position.
