Responsibilities: The First Delivery Coordinator is responsible for installation, configuration, and calibration of Electronic Flow Measurement devices for new natural gas well connections to the WIlliams Gathering system. The position:
-Ensures communication with on-site measurement & remote SCADA equipment -Maintains effective relationships with producers & contract resources -Ensures compliance with National Electrical Code and Williams Policies, Well Connect Procedures, Construction Specifications & System Integrity Program (SIP) requirements. -Manages and inspects construction contractor activities
Key Activities include the following: -Preparation of well head equipment for service -Communication with Operations & Producer on First Delivery timing -Installation, configuration, and calibration of remote instrumentation sensing devices and SCADA radio systems -Management and inspection of construction contractor activities including scheduling, performance tracking, and proper installation of well head equipment -Purging and packing of wellhead equipment, ensuring that all required regulators and controls are operating properly -Preparing and processing all required documentation for installation, including contractor invoice processing, material procurement, inventory control, contract documents such as MSA's and RFS's, and cost tracking -Locating and excavation of existing pipelines; handle encroachments according to Williams' policies and procedures -Assisting with blowdowns, purge and pack of existing pipelines.
Qualifications: Education & Experience: -Associates Degree in electronics, Vocational Certificate or comparable experience in gathering system operations -8 years related experience required
Technical Competencies: -Able to configure and calibrate EFM equipment (i.e., Bristol and Fisher) -Able to proficiently operate computers, Ashcroft Calibrating Equipment, P K Tester, Dead Weights, and other calibration equipment -Proficient in operation of underground utilities locating equipment -Able to read and comprehend blue prints, isometric drawings, schematic drawings, road maps, Gathering Systems maps -Valid Driver's license

Education Level: Two Year College Degree
Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will pay relocation costs for this position.
