Responsibilities: Manages all aspects of Hull and Mooring activities for Gulfstar floating production systems.
Global analysis of Spar FPS motions Detailed design of the Spar hull structure, hull systems, and hull appurtenances Detailed design of the Mooring System and Anchor Piles Managing the contractor pre-qualification, tender, evaluation and award activities for fabrication of the hull, hull systems, hull appurtenances, mooring system and anchor piles Managing the hull weight and centers of gravity for transportation and installation purposes Managing the overall Spar FPS weight and centers of gravity in conjunction with the Topsides Project Manager EH&S management for the hull and mooring design and fabrication activities Act as post-award Contract Manager for fabrication of the hull, hull systems, hull appurtenances, mooring system, and anchor piles Participating fully on the Gulfstar 1 Project Leadership Team Championing and delivering excellent EH&S performance Leading and supervising assigned staff members and contributing to their development Managing all technical issues within area of responsibility Communicating overall project information to team members
Qualifications: Attention to detail Action oriented Conflict Management Delegation Directing Others Organizing Priority Setting Verbal and Written Communication skills Problem Solving Technical Knowledge
BS in engineering or other technical field required Minimum of 10 years of project management/engineering experience required. Experience with gas gathering and processing projects is preferred Extensive experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs Computer experience preferred with Project Management software such as MS Project Offshore and/or deepwater experience required
Salary will be commensurate with experience
Education Level: Bachelor's Level Degree
Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will pay relocation costs for this position.
Travel Percentage: Less than 25 %
