Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the protection, acquisition and negotiation of land and property rights for pipeline and facilities construction and the operation and maintenance of existing pipeline and facilities. This position will also be utilized for research and preparation of land related contracts, the organization and maintenance of existing contracts and support of other departmental functions as assigned.
- Primarily responsible to acquire property rights for gathering and processing assets.
- Primarily responsible to provide ROW support on existing assets.
- Primarily responsible to carry out assigned repetitive tasks to maintain status with any landowner around ROW compliance, such as renewing term ROW permits.
- Contribute ROW expertise to assist ROW & Procurement Team on new asset purchase.
- Ownership of records that provide the companys property rights.
- Maintain relationship with federal, state, and local agencies regarding land use and asset expansion plans
Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree with a major in related fields such as land management, geography, business or public administration etc.
- 10 years minimum experience in related areas of right-of-way or land functions, including direct acquisition and damage settlements of mainline construction experience.
- Contract preparation experience
- Successful completion of at least 1 approved IRWA courses or other comparable courses
- Law degree or an SR/WA designation is desirable
- Strong computer skills with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications in a Microsoft Windows environment
- General knowledge of Midstreams business strategies.
- Consults with and maintains a working relationship with all members of the department and with both office and field personnel in Engineering, Operations and Systems Integrity.
- Consults with and maintains working relationships with other departments within the Company and with local, state and federal agencies, railroads, utilities, real estate developers, banks, mortgage companies, title companies and landowners including government agencies.
This position will be filled at a level based on skills and experience.

Travel Percentage: Less than 25 %
