Responsibilities:
Assist the Records Manager in establishing departmental goals, influencing and motivating the Records Specialists to achieve those goals.

Responsible for ensuring the processing, tracking and storing contracts and amendments are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements and coordinating and updating the destruction program.

Coordination of team work assignments and distribution related to required daily functions 

Work with the Records Specialists, departments and RIM liaisons on managing physical records, how and when to send to storage using the automated system.

Assist the Records Manager with reporting, monthly metrics, special projects, staff performance, training, hiring and overall direction of the physical records program

Work with and/or assist department Business Analyst with upgrade/changes to the RIM system.


Qualifications:
Considerations:

-5-8 years of previous experience in a compliance/service based records program
-Strong Project Management skills - including project planning, scheduling and accountability
-Ability to handle and manage multiple projects and resources effectively
-Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Project, Word and a Records Management System


Education Level: Bachelor's Level Degree

Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will not pay relocation costs for this position.

Travel Percentage: Less than 25 %

Fair Labor Standards Act: FLSA exempt no overtime pay is due.
