Responsibilities: The purpose of the Conway Underground Operations Tech I entry level position is to increase the fluidity of rail and truck movement through the Conway Underground East facility. Provide increased support and efficiency for the operations group through product integrity, customer service, and commercial driven demands for the truck and rail business.
Key responsibilities include:
-Monitor and streamline daily truck and rail operations for compliance, customer service, efficiency and reliability -Achieve compliance and safety goals, lead a proactive safety effort. -Ensure high reliability of equipment and systems. -Collaborate with functional groups to improve plant performance.
Qualifications: -H.S. Diploma required; associates degree or technical certification preferred. Prior experience in a relevant technical field in the area of responsibility a plus. -Strong interpersonal skills required -Good communication skills are required -Experience with energy industry asset operations preferred -Good computer skills
Education Level: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will not pay relocation costs for this position.
