Responsibilities: The purpose of the Conway Underground Operations Tech I entry level position is to increase the fluidity of rail and truck movement through the Conway Underground East facility. Provide increased support and efficiency for the operations group through product integrity, customer service, and commercial driven demands for the truck and rail business.
Key responsibilities include:
-Project managers for small expense projects. -Generating SIP required documentation required for projects: job plans, LOTO and maintenance procedures, MOCRs, etc. -Semi-annual calibrations, checks and documentation associated with DOT/ KDHE regulated equipment. -Completion of work orders and action items relevant to the underground storage facility. -Maintains records and documentation on safety systems and regulation compliance requirements in the maintenance management system. -Material and supplies inventory management. -Pump and motor PM, calibrations and repairs. -Instrument air PM, calibrations and repairs. -Gas compressor PM, calibration and repairs. -Troubleshoot and repair rotating all rotating equipment including turbines, compressors, pumps and motors -Troubleshoot and oversee both high and low voltage electrical systems. -Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all equipment communication loops including 4/20 ma, modbus and hart protocol. -Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair PLCs. including radio communications. -Valve maintenance and repairs including motor operated and control actuators. -Troubleshoot and calibrate safety systems. -Troubleshoot calibrate and repair truck loading and unloading equipment including electronic scales.
Qualifications: -H.S. Diploma -Minimum 5 years related experience in plant equipment maintenance. -Minimum of 5 years experience with high and low voltage electrical systems -Intricate knowledge of and adherence to safe work practices including but not limited to SIP requirements -Intricate knowledge of NFPA 70E Standards for electrical safety in the workplace -Williams Qualified Electrical Worker or eligible to meet requirements to become Electrically Qualified per Williams Electrical Worker Qualification procedure -Intricate knowledge of plant equipment, policies and procedures. -Intricate knowledge of communication protocols. -Intricate knowledge of PSM, RMP, OPS and EPA requirements. -Must be able to recognize and respond to pipeline or plant emergencies including product releases
