Responsibilities: Provide administrative and technical assistance to the Piceance Permitting Team with regard to securing applications for Permit to Drill as well as providing regulatory compliance documentation to state and federal regulatory agencies.
Assist with timely submittal of State and Federal Applications for Permit to Drill. Assist with timely submittal of State and Federal Applications for Re-completions and Remedial work. Preparation of necessary sundry notices before and after the APD process. (spuds, first sales, changes to locations and drilling programs, etc.) Preparation and submittal of State and Federal Completion Reports. Prepare and submit Geologic Requirement Data Sheets Prepare and submit Leak-Off test reports to COGCC Maintain in-house spreadsheets as well as canned software for tracking and monitoring workflow processes.
Qualifications: 3 to 5 years Regulatory/Permitting experience. High School graduate Strong computer and math skills. Basic understanding of Drilling/Completion/Production and Land operations. Good oral and written communications. Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple projects simultaneously Team Player Ability to successfully communicate with State and Federal Regulatory Agencies as well as interact with professional staff of engineers, geoscientists, land men and external vendors, Demonstrated capability in Microsoft Office Suite products, e.g. Excel, Word, etc. Knowledge of WebCore, Petra and Openwells a plus.
Education Level: High School Graduate or Equivalent
