Responsibilities:
This position supports the Williston Asset Team with the following responsibilities:

*Perform facilities sizing and design including tank batteries, pumping units and separation equipment.
*Technical oversight of contract pumpers and well production best practices.
*Evaluate historical production to identify and recommend opportunities for production enhancement and minimizing lease operating expenses.  Evaluate past workover jobs.
*Identify, package, implement capital recompletions and pay-adds.  In addition, implement expense workovers and P&A jobs.
*Track and monitor production volumes and lease operating expenses.
*Evaluate and recommend pumping unit optimization opportunities. 
*Assist with economic evaluations for new wells. Run economics of all capital workover jobs.
*Assist with reservoir engineering tasks including preparation of annual budget, and YE reserves.


Qualifications:
*Must have prior experience in well completion, workover design and supervision, production optimization, and ongoing production and maintenance operations activities, with particular emphasis on pumping oil wells 
*12-15+ years industry experience, primarily in production engineering.
*Some reservoir engineering experience is preferred.
*Experience in Bakken/Three Forks reservoirs preferred.
*Prior experience/working knowledge of Aries/OGRE, IHS Power Tools and Petra or related software desired.
*Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle multiple tasks with changing and conflicting responsibilities and accountabilities. 
*Must be self-motivated and an enthusiastic team player capable of completing tasks with minimum direction of others to meet sensitive deadlines and production goals.
*Position will be filled in at the appropriate level commensurate with background and experience
*B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent


Education Level: Bachelor's Level Degree

Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will not pay relocation costs for this position.

Travel Percentage: Less than 25 %

Fair Labor Standards Act: FLSA exempt no overtime pay is due.
