Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with existing customers and marketers -Identify and develop business opportunities, including acquisitions, around current or potential natural gas liquids assets -Understands the customers position in internal meetings to develop solutions that are mutually beneficial to Williams' and the customer -Performs research and prepares market analyses and financial model analysis -Organizes and manages deals of moderate size and complexity. -Act as team leader to coordinate input from Operations, Technical Services, Accounting, Financial Analysis and other groups to develop and implement business opportunities that meet or exceed internal financial goals -Act as liaison with Legal, Commodity Marketing, Contract Administration and Accounting departments to interpret and facilitate implementation of agreements and amendments -Negotiate, write and amend fractionation, storage, rail, truck and other miscellaneous midstream agreements -Participate in the formulation of budgets with ongoing financial responsibility for the performance of assets -Represent Williams at formal and informal industry meetings and gatherings -Work in a team environment with current distribution representatives, marketing representatives and contract administration representatives
Qualifications: Considerations:
A bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required with an MBA preferred with a minimum of 8 years related industry experience.
The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive knowledge of the natural gas liquids industry marketing practices, economics, and operations and have exposure to natural gas, oil and gas exploration and production.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, be a highly effective team leader and proficient at understanding and providing feedback on complex economic analyses.
Must be highly motivated and be able to work with a limited amount of direct supervision.
Salary will be commensurate with experience
