Responsibilities:
The primary function of this role is to focus on maintenance processes throughout the Four Corners Area (FCA) while also being the Maintenance and Inventory Local Process Owner (LPO) representing the FCA. This position, through personal performance, models safe, productive, results-oriented work habits, and contributes consistently to maintenance performance and improvement through productive interaction with peers, leaders and individual contributors.  Administers internal and contract maintenance safety, competency, quality and performance and contributes to optimum maintenance strategy and execution across the FCA.  Assures positive economic efficiency through influence of effective planning, materials sourcing, manpower scheduling, mechanical integrity, mechanical reliability, cost management and long range budgeting and forecasting in conjunction with supervisors, planners, schedulers, warehouse lead, buyers and Field Office Administrators (FOA).

-Demand compliance with SIP and regulatory requirements.
-Demonstrate Williams Leadership Standards, in word and action.
-Develop and provide metrics that indicate maintenance.  
-Routine and non routine maintenance
-Influence and drive for consistency of planning and scheduling of both routine and non-routine maintenance including predictive and preventative maintenance.
-Influence and drive consistency of scheduling while assisting in the bid package process and the supervision of contractors to ensure efficient completion of tasks (overhauls, small scope projects, spill remediation, and emergency repairs).
-Work with supervisors, peers and engineering personnel to identify specific routine and non-routine maintenance activities, mechanical integrity, outage activities and facility improvement projects,
-Provide input for routine and non-routine maintenance items including budget, materials, labor, safety requirements and regulatory compliance.
-Ensures Williams quality control practices and objectives are implemented and followed.
-Optimization
-Work with peers and other leaders to ensure that priorities are consistent and aligned.
-Ensure that maintenance strategy and execution is optimized every day and develop tools that assist in daily maintenance optimization and planning for future state.
-Coordinate outage plans with the FCA Operations Center, maintenance schedulers, outage scheduler, mechanical integrity planner, O&M teams to minimize impacts to customers and profit.
-Customer / Commercial
-Understand customer needs and contractual requirements and ensure both are integrated into the maintenance strategy and execution.
-Serve as primary contact for FCA system operations, engineering and the commercial marketing group with regard to overall maintenance, outage/project cost and schedules issues..


Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in oil/gas operations and maintenance with experience in industry related maintenance, maintenance process systems, project management and warehouse operations preferred.
-Demonstrated progression through various operations and maintenance positions to show developed understanding of processes, best practices and leadership development.
-Understanding of complex systems and ability to identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices.
-Understanding of maintenance management best practices and bench marks, budgeting, forecasting, planning and measuring results.
-High school diploma required.  Associate degree or two-year technical degree in instrumentation, controls technology, electrical or mechanical preferred however equivalent work experience will be considered.
-Ability to use computer programs such as Windows, Peoplelink, Outlook, MSWord, and Excel is necessary and must be willing to learn the computerized maintenance management program.
-Leadership skills and good communications skills (written and verbal) are required. Individual must be self-motivated with a willingness and ability to work unsupervised.
-Understanding of financial systems and economic evaluation tools.
-C.M.R.P. certification is preferred.


Education Level: High School Graduate or Equivalent

Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will pay relocation costs for this position.

Travel Percentage: Less than 25 %

Fair Labor Standards Act: FLSA exempt no overtime pay is due.
