Responsibilities:
Williams Mid-Stream has an opening for Supervisor Operations for Laurel Mountain Gathering assets in Pennsylvania.

The purpose of the role is to supervise and lead a multi-functional group of employees with a focus on maintaining a motivating work environment while overseeing the safe, reliable, efficient, and profitable operation of the various natural gas gathering and processing facilities. This Team position is also responsible for maintaining positive relationships with producers and other customers, both internal and external.

Coordinate with other Operations & Technical Services Supervisors Leaders and department heads to recognize opportunities to share resources and individual team expertise.  Assist other Managers and departments with the planning and implementation of both short and long range operational goals.  Coordinate maintenance and other activities with other departments, areas, and customers by identifying their needs and requirements.

Assure economic operation by managing costs through proper planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling with a focus on high reliability.

Attract, develop, inspire, and retain multi-skilled employees with a passion for excellence. Focus on succession planning by identifying and developing high potential candidates within your area of responsibility.


Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
-A degree in a technical field or business and 8-10 years of related operational experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.  
-Prior experience in a leadership role and relevant technical experience in the area of responsibility preferred. 

Technical/Functional Competencies:
-Requires the ability to use computer programs such as Windows, Peoplelink, Outlook, EMPAC, MSWord, and Excel is necessary and must be willing to learn the maintenance management program.

Education Level: High School Graduate or Equivalent

Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will pay relocation costs for this position.

Travel Percentage: Less than 25 %

Fair Labor Standards Act: FLSA exempt no overtime pay is due.
