Responsibilities: 1.Overall supervision of water and solid wastes produced in the Piceance Basin to include produced water, flow-back water, fresh water, and all water and solid waste treatment programs. 2.Support Completions, Production, Fracking, Drilling and Planning by improving efficiencies of, and reducing overall costs for all water facility operations. 3.Support all operations by performing overall water management process optimization analysis, process hazard analysis using E&P Way to include a fully robust preventive maintenance / mechanical program. Address E&P Way requirements to insure proper documentation exists to support integrity of water management equipment, pipeline, pump, and vessel maintenance, line and equipment testing, etc. 4.Provide support and documentation for State, County or Federal permits and insure that all facilities operate in accordance with all permits, rules, regulations and Company policies. 5.Supervise water inventories, movements, dispense adequate water to users when and where needed, and redistribute excess water to inventory for use in other areas, or to disposal. Incorporate scada and methods to track and prioritize water movements to the benefit of all stakeholders. 6.Work closely with all stakeholders and operations teams to integrate solid waste management efforts.
Qualifications: Experience leading a Team. Proactive in Environmental, Safety, and Health standards and practices Minimum 10 years experience in mechanical/hydraulic/electrical systems design, construction and operation Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, and ability to work across departments and with multidiscipline teams to solve complex operational issues and resolve conflicting priorities with positive outcomes Experience with oil, gas and water pipeline, pumping, separation and treatment facilities Demonstrated history of ability to prioritize activities, strong organizational and scheduling skills.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge and experience with injection/disposal/treatment systems Expertise in establishing and managing PMS
Education Level: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will not pay relocation costs for this position.
Travel Percentage: Less than 25 %
