Responsibilities: The Well Connects Technician is responsible for coordinating & managing contract pipeline construction resources including ordering, scheduling & tracking of supplies, equipment, and personnel. The position provides company oversight to ensure safe construction techniques and quality of workmanship (i.e.ensure scope is met)
Key Activities include the following: -Work with Customers on scheduling their well connects -Participate in weekly progress meetings; provide updates, understand status of related activities (e.g. Land/ROW) -Reference appropriate SIP documents, communicate expectations to those performing tasks -Work with/strong communication with Contract Inspection crews to optimize scheduling/timing & completion of testing activities -Maintain a strong knowledge of Williams Construction Standards & Environment/Regulatory issues to ensure appreciation & compliance by Inspectors -Complete "drawing review' with operations personnel; look for opportunities to involve operations to enhance understanding & continuity
Qualifications: Education & Experience: -3-5 years experience in pipeline construction
Technical Competencies: -Knowledgeable in Pipeline construction techniques; -Understanding of regulations, industry standards, company standards, recommended practices and System Integrity Program (SIP) requirements. -Working knowledge computer skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. -Able to read and comprehend blue prints, isometric drawings, road maps, Gathering Systems maps -Valid Driver's license

Relocation Information: Williams Corporation will pay relocation costs for this position.
