Responsibilities: Possess a logistics background, and the ability to work financial and other issues as required. Generate Spend Plan Identification numbers (SPID) within Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT). Report the status of SPIDs generated for personnel, projects, purchased items, and services. Track SPIDs from creation until approval. Assist the Principal APML with tracking the amount of funds spent throughout the past, present and future Fiscal Years (FYs). Work with the different Logistics sections in determining the amount of money spent and or planned to be spent over the FYs. Work closely with other Comptrollers within the command to ensure the accuracy of CSPT, by making sure there or no duplicate records, unfunded records, funds are properly resourced, amount of funds needed are able to be spent, and additional funds are requested from higher command if needed. Attend Bi-Weekly financial meeting to talk over taskers, issues, concerns, completed tasks, and any upcoming items that need to be funded. Create Power Point Slides and Excel spreadsheets bi-weekly for the APML, prior to the bi-weekly finance meeting to be brief to higher and for talking points in the meeting. Collect, compile and analyze project cost, schedule and performance data for logistics support for incorporation into team work plans, data calls, and support financial documentation. Provide support to the logistics manager in developing maintenance cost planning, budget projections, and program health assessments. Assist the logistics manager in the development, preparation, and update of input to maintenance program briefs and technical reports to ensure data is accurate and consistent with approved plans and key program events. Assist the logistics manager in reviewing and analyzing funding execution status for all maintenance programs.
Education: BA/BS degree from an accredited university.
Allowable Substitution: AA/AS degree from an accredited university plus four (4) years additional work experience or six (6) years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.
Experience: Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience related to the functional duties.
Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
