Position requires 2 years college Associates or Bachelors Degree in science related field. Applicant must have two years of working in a food processing facility, preferably as a Quality Assurance Technician. Must be proficient in English language, Bilingual Helpful. Should be knowledgeable of principals of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Will be exposed to all day operations in ground meat, cooked and sliced meat processing facility. Must be able to stand/walk or utilize stairs up to 10 hours.
Shifts available are Monday through Friday 5:00 am - until done or 3:30 pm - until done (hours and days may fluctuate). Document Quality Assurance experience on application.
