POSITION SUMMARY
The Content Marketing Coordinator works closely with Envisions marketing team members to design, manage, execute, and produce content for our website and social media channels. This roles main responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day content and online community needs of Envisions social media channels. The Content Marketing Coordinator will also aid in managing the project coordination for the marketing department to include opening marketing request jobs, communicating timelines, ensuring that all specifications are met, working with vendors and routing projects from beginning to completion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
Developing digital content ideas in collaboration with the marketing team.
Managing the day-to-day posting and engagement on all Envision social media channels.
Creating and designing engaging content for Envision social media and website channels that will generate engagement.
Creating short social media videos (i.e., Instagram Reels)
Facilitating online conversations with followers and respond to messages and comments.
Collaborating with marketing team to create an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
Attend events and produce live social media content.
Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
Conduct market research to identify social media marketing opportunities.
Assisting in uploading and updating website content as needed.
Performing edits based on user feedback.
Meeting with stakeholders to help determine the project scope.
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
Ensure timing delivery of all marketing requests and projects.
Stay up to date with industry developments and tools
Design original pieces, including social media graphics and flyers.
Capture design requirements and project goals.
Collaborating across the organization to drive up standards of creativity and strategic goals.
Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.





Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar.

Experience:

  • Three years previous professional experience in a similar role required.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Proficient in management of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Ability to create shareable content on multiple platforms and can measure and report results in collaboration with Marketing Manager.
  • Familiar with social and web analytics (i.e., Google Analytics) and the importance of SEO.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Microsoft 365 a plus (i.e., ability to use OneDrive to organize and share files).
  • Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content, while maintaining consistent branding overall and accomplishing business goals.
  • Knowledge of web editing and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Ability to collaborate, multi-task and work at a quick pace as needed and bring an attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
