Quote and follow-up on quotes sent by phone and email.
Meeting with new client prospect to:
Review current network status and required updates.
Discuss network pain points and monitoring needs.
1-4 years experience in technology-related account management and/or customer service.
Experience with CRM or contact management software.
Familiarity working with Central New York businesses.
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Positive attitude and team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Teams.
