Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce
The Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce is an association of more than 800 businesses, organizations and individuals, with a staff of 12 full time employees and 2-5 part time employees (depending on specific projects requirements).
The Chamber's mission is to foster a changing environment for business success that enhances the quality of life of the region. This is accomplished through strategic action in the following six areas: Economic Development/Tourism, Public Affairs/Community Development, Membership Benefits/Services, Leadership Development, Technology and Organizational Resources/Priorities.
The Chamber helps our members, and all area businesses, improve their bottom line in three main ways:
- Market the region
- Advocate for business
- Provide services to our members and customers
